Thank you! Last year I made my 4 yr old granddaughter a hooded blanket based on the idea of a square on a diagonal with a triangle attached to one corner. In black fuzzy fabric. Her 25 yr old father has been jealous all year long, so I bought 2 1/2 yds of 60" wide black fuzzy fabric and have been trying like the dickens to figure out how to put a hood on it w/o buying a $10 Simplicity pattern for a Sith robe then buying 5-7 yds of fabric plus all the time to put the sucker together. THIS solves my problem! Thank you again!

This is GREAT! Buying a hooded towel from a child over a certain height costs about $35. I had seen a instructions for making one using a hand towel cut in half for the hood, but it did not have a real finished look. The two wash cloths are perfect! To personalize the "hoodie" appliques could be added to plain colored towels. THANKS!
